THE SYSTEM

Women don't fail to lose weight and get fit because they are lazy or their body is old, they fail because they lack the right system.

When busy working women and mums have effective systems in place they thrive. We run households, hold jobs, operate businesses, raise kids, volunteer and nurture community - and to succeed at all these things at once we need fat loss and fitness system that serves us so we can win.

In 2019 Susan Standfield imagined a TV and story development company that would create compelling entertainment for global women audiences and their families. As a mom of two young kids there was almost nothing on TV they would watch together that wasn't either cartoons or violence, she knew the market gap was huge.
From designing justice fundraisers to pitching thriller TV series, Susan's strong imagination and highly unique life create worlds for women audience that enhance and enrich their lives.
Using her Story By Susan writing moniker, SBSTV is the vehicle Susan uses to empower women and moms to step into leadership with her.

HEALTHY FAST FOOD
In 2013 after her second child was born in Cape Town Susan opened her first healthy fast food pop-up GOJIGO that served mid-day shakes, bowls and grilled wraps and protein balls. In the European community where GOJIGO opened, healthy fast food was not common and people loved it. Susan opened a second pop-up while living in Canada but her concept was too early, her locations not high traffic enough and she was short on capital to make it work.

A similar model to GOJIGO is GOOP KITCHEN where you can buy healthy fast food just like Susan's recipes and intention. Susan's lesson with GOJIGO was that business success is often about timing and her timing was ten years too early. EREHWON is another similar model with grocery and there are lots of others in cities all over the world that provide fast healthy food for communities on the go which was Susan's vision.

SUPERMODEL

One of Susan's most personal projects SUPERMODEL is designed to empower women physically so they can live their best lives. SUPERMODEL is a video magazine concept to welcome brands into the content that women watch using their phones.

Under the SUPERMODEL umbrella, Susan has created a 3-part series of digital guides called "shed tone lift" to help women over 40/50 burn fat, tone up and learn to lift weights.

The first part of the set "shed' is available in Susan's store to help women lose 1 pound per week using a simple daily routine of five daily habits that Susan used to lose 15 pounds at age 56 in 2024-25.
